We will include SS (5 - 16 X 3/4" 18 thread hex head bolt, washer and lock washers) mounting hardware with the purchase. We are running a Clearance Sale and almost all of our item prices have been slashed. With prices this low we CAN NOT offer a Return Policy except for items damaged in shipping.
