In vintage condition. The cover of the book has scratches, fading, and wear on the corners and edges. The inside of the cover is coming disconnected and there is major foxing. The first pages of the book are disconnected. There are small spots and stains on the pages throughout the book along with some dirty finger print smudges. The spine is loose and page 17 was ripped off. There are dark foxing spots throughout the whole book and the bottom right hand corner on pages 49 is bent and slightly ripping. There is a small tear on the top of page 122/123. There are water stains on the top right part of the page on 143-158, 264, and 312 until the end of the book. The illustration page between 162 and 163 is disconnected. There is a page ripped on the bottom left of 173 and other pages slightly ripped on 225.
