Description: Nice condition vintage 1998 Schwinn homegrown Factory Suspension XT. Small or a medium, it depends on how you read the specs on "bonustomatoDOTcom". Virtual seatpost length is 16.5; close to the 17"(medium). Top tube length is just under 21", close to the 15"(small). Stand over is 29".....read the specs sheet for more unanswered questions. Anyway, it is in great mechanical condition. Shimano XTR shifters, levers, brakes, and rear derailleur (RAPID RISE 8sp). Shimano XT front derailleur, cranks, and hubs? Titec bar and seat post. Mavic 217 32h rims are round and true with virtually no sidewall wear/scratches/dirt. Only non-original parts are the seat (wtb replacement) and the stem (profile aluminum high rise 100mm). The rapid rise shifts well, all the cables move freely , and the chain doesn't seem to be stretched. The only short comings are the worn off tomato stickers and the worn/ scratched Rockshox and large Schwinn stickers. I am selling this one , only to make room to work on a Straight 6. PS. Seatpost was cut pretty short, so I would look for a longer one.
