Description: Schwarzenhammer Schumann Dresden Style Floral Reticulated Plate Circa 1946 - 1949 Very pretty reticulated porcelain plate. Nicely decorated with Dresden style flowers in pink, purple, yellow, and blue flowers. With gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse Schwarzenhammer Bavaria Germany U. S. Zone. This mark was used by Christoph Schumann (brother of Carl Schumann) and Karl August Schreider between 1946 and 1949. Has wear to the gilding and minor usage wear to the center, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches wide. Vintage items may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
