You are purchasing the disc and all associated artwork such as the booklet and tray card; the case is provided as a convenience at no charge to help protect the disc and artwork; the case has no value as part of this transaction. If the disc is still playable, I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping to any part of the case.
