Nickel Silver Pins and OLD TIMER Shield / Logo plus both the Finger Guard and Pommel out of all of the alloys Nickel Silver is the best for these items. The Blade is D2 Tool Steel a super alloy only top end knives are made with D2, it has a (RC) 59-61 Mighty Sharp and Schrade put a Mirror Finish on the blade as you can easily see. The blade is 5" long Drop Point Style 1 1/4" wide 1/8" thick and also has a finger cut, and 1" of tooling on the spine for power cutting giving you even more control while cutting. This knife comes with a leather sheath with Old Timer stamped belt loop and snap. Our opinion on this new knife two thumbs up the Old Timers series has been a great series even being made overseas their are a awesome line of knives and it is nice to see them add a knife like this into the series. Weighs 10.6oz 12.9oz with sheath, so yes it goes into the Power-House / Heavy-Duty series of knives just because it out weighs its over-all length.
