Good condition. Damp staining at corners & along side & bottom margins throughout. Stain to bottom of pp. 853-856; sporadic soiling & staining to pages throughout. Writing (mostly in pencil) to front & rear free end papers, first several pages & sporadically throughout (it appears at places that someone was practicing their handwriting skills). Bottom corner torn off at p. 755. Creasing to bottom corners of pp. 755-770. Binding solid; spine square. Covers have 3/4-inch splint top end of front hinge; wear & scraping to spine & along spine edges; wear & rubbing along edges & at corners, with fraying to fabric & boards exposed in several places; soiling & staining to front & back boards. Showing the wear & tear of years, but still an attractive & desirable copy of this Victorian Era catalog featuring the whole selection of Sargent & Co. products as well as 160 pages of Mallory, Wheeling & Co. Door Locks, Padlocks & more.
