Great choice as well for many custom projects such as retaining custom baffles, speaker grill mounting and any other projects that you need a quality 1/4"-20 Allen head bolt with a 1.5" overall length. Head is smaller diameter than most standard Phillips pan head screws and will normally fit better into your woofer frame for a professional looking installation. Please be aware that approximately the first 3/8" of the bolt does not have threads so make sure your baffle is thick enough that this is not an issue. Most will use a 3/4" baffle and will not be an issue but if you are also recessing the driver keep this in mind. Overall length is 1 1/2" Not recommended for speakers less than 12 inches in diameter as they may not have enough space to accept this 1/4" diameter bolt.
