This card has been digitally designed and handcrafted in the United States. The statue of Saint Quirinus has been redesigned to offer a unique look in presenting him in a life-like pose. Pictured here, Saint Quirinus holds a lance and a shield bearing the Neuss Coat of Arms with nine bullets or spheres representing Neuss. St. Quirinus and his daughter St. Balbina were martyred for their faith in the early 2nd century in Rome. This card has been designed to honor Saint Quirinus and to glorify God through veneration of him.St. Quirinus is also invoked during pandemics among other things. The back of the card offers information on the feast day, birth, death as well as patronage. It also offers a prayer to St. Quirinus. The card dimensions are 2.5 inches by 5 inches.
