This is the wettest writing Sailor nib I've ever used, though still controlled and smooth like all great Sailor nibs. This pen is in flawless condition as I can't even find any scuffs or scratches around the cap ring or clip. The color is a GREAT match for most any blue-black ink, in my opinion.
