Description: New old stock Sachs 3x7 hub set in box. This rear hub combines a 3 speed internal hub with a 7 speed freehub. This allows you to either run no front derailleur without loosing any of your gears or combine it with a front derailleur to have more gears than anyone ever should. I think Sheldon Brown wrote about setting up one of these with a 4 chainring crankset back in the day just because he could. This set includes the rear hub, front hub, front and rear shifters, and a sealed bag of small parts as seen in the pictures. It does NOT include front derailleur, cassette, or front quick release skewer. Only what is pictured is included. The box has seen better days from being in storage for the past few decades.
