It is BRAND NEW and FACTORY SEALED! I bought it at the time of release from Amiami. It has been lovingly stored on a shelf since then. There is some shelfwear, a moderate indentation in the upper left-hand corner of the box, and some mild to moderate scuffing around the corner edges, but other than that it looks good to me. It comes from a smoke free, pet free, collector's home.
