It consisted of a white-enameled badge, with a golden Hammer and Sickle surrounded by two golden sheaves of wheat on a Red Star, backed by crossed hammer, plow, torch, and a red flag bearing the motto “ Proletarians of the World, Unite!”This is a fully-functional replica patterned after the early variants of the Order which had a screw back to allow wear on clothing. The badge is attached to uniform/clothing by a threaded stud and screw with mounting plate. The screw post measures 11 mm. The badge weighs 38 grams (1.3 oz.) and bears the issue number 2236.
