Description: This is an original postcard which features a very primitive country road grader along with the apparent operator & horse. On the reverse side it indicates the item was used in Chickasaw County (Iowa). Very decent condition as the two pictures should show. Note one top edge is missing and minor crease in lower left corner. We just purchased this card at outdoor flea market in N.E. Mo two days ago. One of the most interesting cards we have found in some time---good example of how machinery has changed close to a hundred or so years ago. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: We will be sending this card the old fashioned way "with stamps." There will be no postal tracking included unless you request it. I have been on eBay since 1999 and have had only two or three items not delivered--I have faith in our postal system. We feel having to pay close to $4.00 for tracking is a little high to send a postcard. We believe we have found a safe way to send without damage for a lot less.
