Description: 206.6g total. 104g and 102.4g. This pair is approx. 4 1/2" high x 2 1/2" wide. 2 1/2" square base Each marked with the Roycroft Orb mark, a middle mark I believe indicating 1910-1915. Rather than the typical Aurora Brown patina, I believe this is the Blue Brass Patina, and it is intact. The design is simple and the hammering is beautiful. It is gently convex, which shows off the metal work, with a stitch design hammered around the border. The tip is rolled into a delicate curve. I like the patina...a little fresher than the brown, which is also beautiful. These bookends are a charming way to display a collection of small books from the same era.
