Round Tub - Plasma Table for 55gal. drum or 17gal. tub

Description: 911 Motorsports The Round Table will sit on top of a 55 gal. drum that is filled with water, this creates a very economical and effective Plasma Table. All of the sparks/slag and most of the smoke is captured with a 5" air gap above the water. We include an adjustable clamp to firmly hold a straight edge, guide and our Plasma Stencils. This allows you to use both hands for guiding your plasma cutter to make precise cuts. The cutting slats just drop into place, which makes them easy to replace. They are 1/8" x 1 1/2" flat bar and 17 feet is required (when purchased separately). The frame is laser cut from 1/8" steel and requires welding to assemble, it will take about 20 minutes to layout, tack and weld. The Plasma Table just rests on top of the tub, so it's easy to take apart for cleaning or storage when not being used. Bolts are included to mount to your water tub, so it's easy to move around. This can also be hung off your fab table or mounted on a roll around for an even better plasma cutting experience. You can choose between an edge clamp which comes with spacers to also work on tables up to 9/16" thick, or you can get the 5/8" post style for use on fixture tables too. -Specifically designed for 55 gal. drums and will also work on Behrens 17 gal. wash tub - Usually in stock at most farm & hardware stores for around $35, or you can buy them online for a little more. -Includes frame pieces, cutting slats and mounting hardware-Includes adjustable long reach clamp available in two styles-Edge clamp comes with multiple spacers to work on table from 1/8" to 9/16" thick-5/8" post clamp will work on common fixture tables
