They have been stored away for some time. Have been cleaned for photographs but may require a little more detailing. They show obvious signs of previous use in the form of scuffs and scratches on the upper plastic. Brake shows some wear. All laces, straps and clamps work fine. These are MUCH BETTER quality than the cheap beginner skates you buy at Walmart or Target for $40. These are REAL rollerskates for Youth Boys and REAL professional grade Roller Derby brand materials. Recommended for an Intermediate level skater. I have taken out the bearings, cleaned them and oiled them. The wheels roll SUPER SMOOTH now. The right level skater could achieve some good speed with these at the rink!
