So perhaps the dress is viscose and the embroideries are wool or the dress is wool and the embroideries viscose? I doubt it's a blend of the two fibers. Sleeves are romantic embroidered big bells. Bottom of tunic has the same embroidery. The top part is black but it's really more of a heathered charcoal. It almost appears brown because the sleeves are mostly brown. Top part is super stretchy. It measures 16 inches underarm to underarm but unstretched but will accommodate a 46 inch bust. Length is 36 inches. So it's a long tunic or a short dress.
