Description: Rochester Humidimeter Vintage 3.5" x 3.5". It may be brass face and bezel. I doubt the little gadget still works. It has what appears to be rust powder inside. Please see the photos! Something is stuck to the face and I think whatever it is was hot when it hit the face and stuck there. I do not dare try to remove it. Measures relative humidity. I think it was hung inside a humidore for cigars. You are buying this item as is. It's old. But it is interesting.
