The model will come in dark grayish blue premium resin, but unpainted and not primed, as well as unassembled. **Some assembly may be required**Larger models may need to be assembled when you get them. We’ll print them up, test fit them, and pack them as they are safely in pieces. Tank and I spent a lot of time finding the perfect resin to maintain both detail retention and durability for normal gaming situations, and then some. We’ve settled on a mixed resin that gives amazing detail and has just enough flexibility. I still wouldn’t throw them down the hallway, but they should easily handle a session with a well meaning child or giant mutant cat invasion of your perfectly laid out scene. If you receive your order with any broken bits, missing bits, misshapen bits, damage or holes, we’ll replace it free if you let us know within a few days of receipt. Sometimes the supports leave a little bit there and we try to remove it as cleanly as possible. If you do find a nub of one on a model, they can removed just like you would remove mould lines or sprue connections from the commercial injection moulded stuff out there Your model will be printed when ordered in the turn the order was received, normally within a few business days, and shipped via USPS. We’ll let you know when the deed has been done and when it’s on it’s way. How long it takes after that is in the carrier’s hands.
