It removes scratches left in shaping a cab by the previous wheels. It is 7 5/8" x 2" with an arbor size of 1". Plastic bushings for any arbor size available, see my listing, requires 2. This wheel is brand new, never used, fresh from the factory, MADE IN USA. It can be used on any arbor with a little water to sand those cabs. It's rubber backing allows it to conform to the surface being sanded, eliminating flat spots. A $255 Value!
