We take the machine completely apart, clean all covers and frame, grease and lubricate. Service all needed units, replace parts such as pressure roller, pick up and feed rollers, separation pad, master eject belts, transfer belts, exit belts, clutch, o-rings. The 2 drums are completely taken apart, clean completely to the metal, ink pump is service and o-rings replace, new seals, new screen. Last, we make sure the equipment is all in factory timing, we re-ink the drum and print many thousands of sheets to make sure all is in running condition. The second color drum, you the customer has the choice to pick the color, (standard color only, NO unique or special color).Please view a short video on the process of refurbishing a Riso, we accomplished in our shop.
