There is no material or car tag but I am assuming this is cotton and maybe a bit of Spandex. Because of the applique and embroidery, my guess is that hand washing would be required, but possibly it could be washed inside out on gentle. Measurements are shown in the pictures. It measures 18-19" from arm pit to arm pit, the waist is about 32", hips are 42", sleeves are 16". The hemline is asymmetrical but the median length is 35" - I'm 5'4 and this is about knee length on me. Please review all pictures as they are an important part of the description.
