The flex cable error is typical for the beforementioned Ricoh cameras and caused by broken lens cable. We fix the error by replacing this cable with not original but high-quality one. Ricoh GR1 is a complicated camera and the reason of failure is not always apparent. If you are not 100% sure that the camera needs only cable replacement, please contact us. In this case it is better to send the camera for the diagnostics prior to paying for the service.
