Description: This is an Early American Pattern Glass low covered bowl or compote in the Cupid & Venus pattern c 1880. It was made by Richards and Hartley and it is also known as the Guardian Angel or Minerva pattern. This piece measures 8 3/4" wide by 8 1/2" high and does have a chip and some roughness on the inner rim of the lid as pictured but otherwise is in nice pre-owned condition.
