PC case is a OEM Dell internally and externally modified.internally front panel as been modified to make room for a large 120mm blue LEDs fan and a updated sell motherboard installed for better XP compatibility.externally as been modified front cover as been black pained instead of the original silver color. REAR 6 USB ports Ethernet port Audio outout, audio input, mic input FRONT 2 USB ports.. actually 4 but 2 as been disabled and front audio ports disabled too . nothing wrong with the ports or motherboard but the replaced motherboard not match those connectors .
