Description: !!!FREE SHIPPING IN USA!!! Replacement Motor Brush set For L&R Master Watch Cleaning Machine. These are the appropriate size and type of carbon brush for replacing missing or worn out original motor brushes in these precision cleaners. Will work with L&R Master Watch Cleaning Machine motors that are marked "Master" on it's I.D. tag with brush holders like the one pictured. If your machine has a motor marked as "Master" on the I.D. tag, brush holders, and castings like the ones pictured, then this brush set should be exactly what you need. This set of brushes feature copper contact ends and braiding to ensure steady, reliable electrical continuity to the armature of the motor, making this set a direct upgrade to NOS original brushes. These will fit perfectly in the original motor brush holders as well as our new replacement motor brush holders (see our other listings) for these machines! We also carry replacement brush caps (see our other listings) if you need those as well! To install your new set of brushes, simply unscrew the brush cap from the brush holder located on the motor assembly (there are two per motor). Remove the old brush (if applicable) from the brush holder and then slide your new brush into the brush holder. Compress the brush spring into the guide and hold it in place with your thumb. While under tension, align the copper contact end on the new brush to the brush guide (as shown in the pictures). A Flat-Head precision screwdriver can make this easier if you have trouble aligning the contact end by hand. Once aligned properly the contact end will then fully set down into the brush holder. Once it does you then carefully reinstall your brush cap. Repeat this process to install the other brush. It couldn't be easier! Once the brushes are installed it is recommended that you break them in. You can do this by running the motor for 5 minutes in the "forward" position and then 5 more minutes in the "reverse" position. It is also recommended that you change both brushes when replacing to ensure both brushes wear in evenly.
