Note: When I sell DVDs and blurays, I sell only studio releases of films on DVD and bluray discs, and no copies, dubs, counterfeits, or “knock-offs”. Most of the films which I sell come from my own personal collection. I would hope that my feedback will illustrate that I'm a conscientious seller. If a bluray or DVD is sold “brand new” (i.e. still in its original shrink-wrap, unopened) and is opened by the buyer and returned to me, I will not accept the return for a refund unless the disc proves to be defective. I will test any returned discs by playing them all the way through on 2 separate bluray/DVD players which I know to be in working order. I’m sorry to have to have this condition, but the value of blurays and DVDs can be much lower once they’re opened, and I’m unwilling to accept a loss because of simple “buyer’s remorse”.
