Description: This is a high-quality heliogravure on laid paper of Rembrandt’s Three Oriental Figures (1641). Published in 1888. Excellent condition. Never framed or matted. Image: 5 5/8 x 4 3/8 in. Sheet: 14 ¾ x 10 ¾ in. The subject of this print is not clear. The scene depicted may be the argument between Jacob and Laban: Jacob wished to return to Canaan with his wives Leah and Rachel and his children, but his father-in-law Laban tried to dissuade him. (Genesis 30:25-34). I am happy to combine shipping costs on multiple items.
