DO NOT use impact (air-driven) tools to tighten electrical connections on starters. Additionally, Overcranking, which is caused by trying to start the vehicle for an extended period of time (greater than a few seconds) because of lack of fuel at the motor or a weak battery can cause the starter to burn up from overheating.It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that this unit fits the vehicle's application.
