Description: Silverware/flatware wooden storage chest by Reed & Barton. Design is beautiful and classic. The wood is a deep brown and I think it is mahogany. The lining inside is blue and supposed to be tarnish resistant. There are 8 slots on the inside lid for knives and 8 slots in the main compartment for your other pieces. There is one label that that says, "Silverplate by Reed & Barton The Stan---- of the World". It think it is "standard of the world" but the one word is difficult to make out. There is another label on the inside of the lid that says, "Terheyden Co. Diamonds Jewelry Established 1854 Pittsburgh, PA". The chest measures 12 inches deep, 16 1/3 inches wide and about 4 inches tall. I measured the outside of the chest from the widest points of each measurement although there is a handle on the lid that I did not include in the height. I offer several shipping options.
