Red Wing 4473 Firefighter Boots (Multiple Sizes & Optional Zipper)

Description: These boots run slightly large. I normally wear US 10.5D boots, and the 10D 4473s fit me quite well. I can also fit into 10.5D and 11D 4473s after putting in footbeds. The 4473 is the most popular boot for firefighters ever made by Red Wing Shoes. They are NFPA certified fire boots, and measure 8 inches from the bottom of the heel to the top of they boot, have melt resistant lug soles, and are made of Black Star leather, which is an oil-tanned leather with high heat resistance. Despite it's popularity among firefighters, it's uncertain if Red Wing will bring these back into production, so they may not be available much longer. Even if it's possible Red Wing may bring back the 4473s into production, what's more uncertain is if the zipper kits will become available again, considering they were discontinued long before the 4473s stopped being made. However, if one would prefer not to have the zippers included with the boots, I'll remove them from the order and issue a $35.99 partial refund.
