Please note: CGC graded and slabbed books sometimes develop a phenomenon known as Newton Rings (which give a rainbow or oil slick effect between the plastic casing and the comic). These are considered normal and do not harm the graded book. None of the books that I am shipping have these Newton Rings but they can form over time with handling.
