Pages are good white paper, all pages printed in blue ink including above-noted photo page. Pages clean, good at binding; with exception of a bit of cover wear noted below the book appears to have not been used. Each recipe has contributor's name. Great variety of recipes, most call for readily available ingredients. Pages nicely laid out, many pages have 2 recipes with the occasional 3-recipe page. Heavy paper covers clean easily, slight soil on back cover, slight wear at back bottom area near comb binding. Binding is good, dark blue plastic comb, covers good on binding. Slightest wear on cover edges, back cover has 4" long slight crease at top tip, barely noticeable inside cover. Front cover has few line indents which show only when tilted. Book measures 5.5 x 8.5 not including comb binding. Interesting cookbook with lots of good hearty dishes, the Mississippi Mud Cake on page 143 has unique frosting to be applied over the baked cake with mini marshmallows on it.
