The park was originally property owned by the paper mill owner Albrecht Pagenstetcher. Built at the head of Dock Hill Road, it was donated to the Village in 1937 by Bertha Pagenstecher, in memory of her parents, Albrecht Sr. and Helene. Condition is good to very good as shown.
