I have the plastic insert listed at the time of writing this. If you buy both, I'll give you a discount. Same with the original retainer screw that holds this lever onto the camera. I know for sure this fits the Leica M4 and Leica M5. If you would like to fit this part to another Leica model, please do your research to make sure it fits.
