This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as the glove fits on the LEFT hand ! This particular mitt is more on the tough side ! But having said that, the glove is fully broken in and totally game ready ! So it’s a tough broken in mitt ! I personally went through the mitt and relaced the web with very good tanners so this mitt will not fail but the glove will last a very long time ! The glove is heavy ( as it weighs 1 pound and 11 ounces ) , it is thick, it is tough , well padded and it has an incredible pocket that totally swallows up a baseball ! So you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this mitt it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove just wraps itself around the baseball and the 6th photo how the glove looks in the closed position without a baseball in the pocket while the 7th photo also shows how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12” round softball ( that’s in case you decided to use this mitt for softball ) ! As far as fitting goes, this glove is a tight fit on my average adult size hand and it is tight around the wrist ! The inner lining is in excellent condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls !
