Description: extremely rare World War I US trench boots. could only make out one marking on the bottom. D for the width. these boots are very small, but considering that the average shoe size of a soldier in WW1 was an 8. I guess they are not that small at first I thought they were child's size and I guess after doing my research they still could be as many countries, including the west had children in the trenches. A user contacted me and thought these were World War II british crunchies but they differ by the double rivets on the side and the shell toe iron. Wiki has an article mentioning that there was several types of experimental boots so these could very well be experimental. no shipping to mail forwarding services. no shipping to any address that requires a US customs form such as Puerto Rico.
