This is a good copy of a rare (no copies located) of a number of Wesley's sermons. This copy belonged to Albert Sidney Thomas (1873-1967), the ninth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. He was the son of Col. John Peyre Thomas, an acclaimed Civil War Veteran and 6th superintendent of The Citadel. Bishop Thomas' card is affixed to the inside of the book's front cover. Covers darkened; spine suf faded; slight rage toning; old pride on front end page. Good for age.
