Description: This is a vintage anthropomorphic ceramic figurine bank in the character of a storybook mouse. It is in wonderful condition. No chips or cracks. No flea bites to edges. Paint is in great condition...paint on facial features is in perfect condition. Minimal crazing. Original plug on the bottom of the bank. This adorable mouse has the exaggerated long lashed blue eyes and rosy cheeks, she is wearing a pink and white dress and a bonnet with a yellow ribbon. The mouse is holding a blue/white ABCD storybook. The back has the Japan sticker firmly attached...there is also a maker's mark but unfortunately I cannot identify it, but have shown it in a photo. 6 1/2 inches tall and ear to ear is 4 inches.
