Description: This rare vintage black Chester Weinberg Guipure lace ruffled cocktail dress is a stunning piece that will make any occasion special. IMPERFECTIONS: Has original vintage union tag. Made in 1970s. Lace feels stiff (kinda hard is the only way I know to describe it, not flowy) and will need to be dry cleaned before wearing. Has a small gathered or bunched up at hem by ruffle on the front as shown in pics, please zoom in for details. Price reflects imperfections. The inside tags states Large but seems to be around a small and possibly a medium. It is a stretchy material.
