Description: Rare Vintage 1950s Rose Marie Reid Cotton Bathing Suit Black Brown Green Orange Abstract Novelty Floral Print "Dare Back" Sheath. This rare Rose Marie Reid swim suit from the 1950s is in excellent condition. It has a sexy scoop back with adjustable straps. It is made from a knit cotton that has some light elasticity. The unique print is of abstract flowers in deep brown, orange, green, and white on a black background. The cups are perforated and have boning for support. There are two tags on the interior of the bathing suit. One reads, "Original, Rose Marie Reid of California, 'Dare-Back' Sheath." The other, "Rose Marie Reid, Circolairbra." This suit is in good condition for its age, however the fabric does show light wear. Please see photos prior to purchasing.
