It was either sloppily painted at the factory or came off during the fire glazing process as you can see from the last photo that the red is glazed over. I’ve seen a ton of Dog Lock banks but this one is a first for me. I tried all of my tricks to find this one in past auctions but it can’t be found. Not just EBay auctions, but all auctions.
