Description: RARE Antique MARX SPEED KING Race Car Tin Litho Wind Up Toy. This is a vintage 1930’s original Marx “Speed King” Tin Wind-Up Racer in nice untouched condition. The car is a lithographed tinplate racing car with original driver, clockwork wind-up with original fixed key. Car is solid but does have some age and minor surface corrosion. The wind-up mechanism will need some work, It winds up but you need to play with the wheels axel to get it working. Easy fix a little cleaning etc... One front wheel is a little lose. The car will need a little work but overall this rare piece is complete with windshield and driver. Sold as pictured. Large car that Measures 16" in length X 4 1/2" wide.
