Description: This is an Original Rolleiflex TLR Camera made 1929 -1932. it is one of the First line that was manufactured by Rolleiflex after their initial prototypes were completed in April of 1929. Records indicate there were 10,850 of this model made so it is very rare. I am selling from my collection. Camera Serial # 52169. Shutter is Compur with speeds of 1 - 1/300, T & B Taking Lens is Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 4.5 / 75mm Serial # 1054268. Viewing Lens is Heidoscop Angstigmat 3.5 / 75mm Serial # 53488 Case: Latch does not fasten closed, one side of cover is missing. Inside is the nice purple color fabric which is in clean condition but worn. Carry strap is solid with no tears. Camera: 1. Camera strap is the original one and is solid condition.2. View finder glass viewing screen is the original one which includes the bubble level and is clean and has no crack or scratches.3. Viewing mirror is the original one and has the date of 1931 written on the back of it. It has some silver loss wear but is very usable4. Shutter works but is a little sticky at low end shutter speeds of 1 and 2. All of other speeds operate normally. It is in need of lubrication / adjustment5. Both Lenses are clear, fungus and scratch free and show no signs of separation6. Aperture is oil free and snappy7. Missing the top cover for the viewing window. But all the other components are there including magnifying view piece. I have two hinge slides loose in the camera case that attach to the top cover that will ship loose with camera8. It is missing one camera strap connector. Camera is being sold as is. It does look good as part of a collection but I think with a little lubrication and adjustment it would take fine pictures again.
