This is in Very Good Original Condition with some wear from age, with a small tear at the bottom as pictured.This measures approx. 22 1/4" x 16 3/4" nicely framed under glass This very rare litho is from the early 1890s Judge was a weekly satirical magazine published in the United States from 1881 to 1947. It was launched by artists who had seceded from its rival Puck. The first printing of Judge was on October 29, 1881. The caricatures of the Senators depicted are superb. Google the 8 Republican Senators and 5 Democratic Senators depicted and the resemblance is terrific.
