I recently moved into a smaller place and feel it is too large for the living room. It's in great condition, not light struck from sun, frame shows light wear. This is a rare retro image painted by Maio who was a Big Eye artist back in the 50 & 60. She did a few city landscapes and you can find them online. I have never seen this print on the web at all as Maio did a lot of paintings and print retailers sold her art well. Great piece for a mid century home or office setting! Thank you!
