This Very Early Bronze specimen excavated in Spain features Christ with a short loin cloth on the crucifix with three nails, head tilted left. At the bottom of the cross lies the skull of Adam. On the other side is a standing image of the Immaculate Conception. This cross shows a lovely patina with light deposits of dirt and is missing the top and right section of the crucifix. Both Christ and the Immaculate Conception are complete. Please refer to the many photos. This beautiful early colonial representation of Christianity will make a great addition to any collection.
