These stretch and have a second skin feel especially with the thin silky lining. Very stretchy but not meant or ideal for large thighs unless you want to scrunch them a bit. 19” circumference at the top. Partial side zip make it easier to slide these on. Size 39 EU fits like an 8 US to 8.5 US. I’m an 8.5 and they are snug but work well for me. Professionally installed sole protectors are non slip and protect the gorgeous red bottoms. Wore these for a shoot and a couple of other times. Excellent condition throughout how ever there is a few scuffs and a couple of nail marks in the leather courtesy of yours truly. Nail marks and scuff documented in picture #23. Not noticeable at all when on. Red bottoms still in fabulous condition. A mind blowing pair of boots that would be the crown jewel of any collection!
