Description: Rare? Bullard 18" Master Precision Level in original wooden case. Stated accuracy (as noted on handle): "each division = .00025" incline per foot".Haven't been able to find a whole lot of detail about these, and there do not appear to be many around. This one is the first we've come across. The Bullard Machine Co. of Bridgeport Connecticut was apparently absorbed (at least once or twice) and as off 2004 is now part of Bourn & Koch.Wherever this was in service though, it's clear it was used and (would seem), relied on regularly.Vial in great shape. While it checks out on a level, given the stated accuracy, you may want to have it verified at a metrology lab.
